1. Introduction & Personal Advice
We think it is important to get to know our customers. We do this by getting to know each other personally. During this first meeting we will discuss your wishes and expectations of Virtual Reality and it is possible to look around in our VR showroom. After an introductory meeting, we can make an appointment to visit you on location. We can then conduct a survey to map out which VR hardware you need and how best to place it.
This has the following advantages:
- You know who you are doing business with;
- Always tailor-made personal advice;
- Visit our showroom;
- Conclude with concrete steps for a follow-up.
2. Installation & Turn Key Delivery
Besides selling VR hardware, we also offer an installation service. We make personal agreements with you to bring the products along and they will join you the same. It is even possible to purchase a professional Virtual Reality package from us. We build one under the guidance of a professional team Virtual Reality Arena and we connect the necessary VR hardware.

3. Breakdown Service & Service Levels
Our breakdown service is a service in which we are available 6 days a week (from Monday to Saturday) to deal with malfunctions and defects in your VR arcade or center. This service can be concluded with us at various levels. For example, do you only want service during the week or do you also need to be available during the weekend? You can choose from the following service levels *:
- Bronze: we are available for you from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and will respond within 24 hours;
- Silver: we are available for you from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 10 pm and will respond within 8 hours;
- Gold: we are available for you from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 10 pm and will respond within 2 hours.
* The price of the different server levels depends on the number of products underneath.
