If you are not satisfied with your product, you have a 14-day reflection period to return the product to its original state return. This is also called the right of withdrawal and is laid down in the Distance Selling Act. The reflection period starts on the day after delivery. In case of visible signs of use, missing accessories or missing or damaged packaging, you are no longer entitled to the full purchase price. In this case you will receive a partial payment from us.
When you use the right of withdrawal, you will receive the refund of the purchase amount back to your account within 14 days. Shipping costs for the return are at your own expense and risk. You can register your return by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com. You will receive an RMA number from us which you can use as a return reference.
The Distance Selling Act only applies to consumers. Business customers cannot rely on it. Nevertheless, we are happy to do our best to find a solution with you. In case of a business return, please contact us to inquire about the possibilities to watch.
For the return of an order by business customers we usually charge a 'restocking fee' of 15% of the product purchase value. If you want return, these costs will be deducted from the purchase amount. It also applies here that the product at the expense of the transport costs for return or collection is at your own expense and risk. In case of visible signs of use, missing accessories or a missing or damaged packaging, costs will be deducted from the credit invoice.
