Request information about RMA

If a product does not meet your expectations or if a defect has occurred, you can always report this (as Consumer] to us within 14 days. We will then do everything we can to ensure that the settlement proceeds as quickly as possible. In the event that a defect occurs after the return period, we will of course also be happy to resolve this for you as soon as possible.

Claiming warranty and / or repair

In the following cases you can claim under warranty or submit your product for repair:

  • Defect within the warranty period of the product;
  • Defect outside the warranty period of the product, taking into account possible costs;
  • Product incorrectly delivered by Unbound VR;
  • Wrongly ordered product or Return under the Distance Selling Act.

If you wish to send your product to us for examination, the return costs are for your own account. When research shows that your warranty request is valid, you will receive the return costs incurred from us.

pay attention: you will only receive the standard return costs from us. For this you must submit your proof of payment to us.

As soon as a product arrives with us for a warranty request, we will first assess whether the problem is within or out of warranty, and whether the problem can be solved by our VR specialists. Products with (internal) moisture, fall, impact, sun and / or pressure damage are in most cases out of warranty. If it is not a warranty case, there may be (investigation) costs associated with the handling of the service request and the repair of the product. We always try to give you an estimate of these possible costs in advance, so that you are not faced with unexpected costs.

Direct contact with the manufacturer

For some products, such as HTC Vive products *, it is faster to contact the manufacturer directly. Some manufacturers repair a product free of charge, or offer to send the product for repair under warranty. In some cases we therefore recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly to process your RMA request as soon as possible.
